Estimates, not a lender's figures
Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions on each methodology page. They may differ from your lender's figures. Your lender's Key Facts Statement and loan agreement always prevail.
We are not a lender
We are not a lender, a lending service provider or a loan agent. We don't take applications, arrange loans or act on anyone's behalf.
Other websites and offers
We link to other websites, and may in future show clearly labelled affiliate offers (see our affiliate disclosure). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or decisions. Any agreement you make is between you and that provider.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: don't try to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that affects other users, or present our results as coming from a lender or regulator.
Intellectual property
The site's content, code, design, and the ClearRupee name and logo belong to KubeCode. You may share links and quote short extracts with a link back. To reuse more, or to embed our calculators, please contact us first.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we provide it "as is" and don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from decisions made using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
