Accuracy matters more than anything else on a site like this. If you think a calculator, methodology page or guide is wrong, please tell us.
How to report an error
Email hello@kubecode.cloud with:
- the page address;
- the numbers you entered (only the loan figures — no personal details);
- what you expected to see and why, with a source if you have one (for example your lender's KFS).
What we do
- We acknowledge reports within 2 working days.
- We aim to fix confirmed errors within 7 days, and sooner when a result could mislead someone about the cost of a loan.
Calculator errors
When we fix a calculation, we also add an automated test for that case so the error can't return, and note the change on the tool's methodology page.
How we disclose corrections
If a correction changes a result, a figure or a factual statement, we note it at the end of the page with the date and a short description of what changed. We don't note typo or wording fixes that don't change the meaning.
